  This is an online E log book to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking his/her/guardian's signed informed consent. Chief complaint:- A 26 years old female presented with the chief complaints of  - fever - heavy menstrual bleeding History of presenting illness:- Patient was apparently  asymptomatic 5 days back then she developed fever which of is low grade not associated with chills and rigor , relieved on medication.2 days back she had her menstrual bleeding which is high for which he went to hospital and was given medication.
